To become a CIT, please register online at: http://www.lincolnrec.com and submit an essay (approximately 250 words) on why you would like to be a CIT. Please send essays to the directors at firstname.lastname@example.org . Applications will be reviewed and you will be contacted for an interview. If selected, CITs will be required to attend the Pre-Camp Staff Training.
Completion of the CIT program is a great preparation for counselor positions. While this does not guarantee a position as a camp counselor at LSC, successful participants are given priority in our hiring process.
