Lincoln Summer Camp

Lincoln Parks and Recreation – Lincoln, MA

Crusaders Camp Grades 4-5

As campers enter grades 4 and 5, they move on to our Crusaders Camp. This is the highest level of our traditional day camp program. These campers are ready to take part in multi-step projects and experiments in Arts & Crafts and STEM. They have the abilities to create their own songs and skits in Music & Drama and play full-fledged games in Sports. Campers can hone their Archery skills and challenge themselves with more complex gymnastic feats. Additionally, Crusaders campers are ready to build their responsibility and independence. To support this, campers enjoy elective blocks throughout the week where they have the opportunity to follow their passion and spend time doing an even wider array of activities. Past elective blocks have included trips to work in the Lincoln School Garden, tennis, Gaga Ball, skit writing, as well as extensions of favorite specials. During their weekly field trips, campers will venture to area favorites. These attractions were chosen for their interactive formats and their ability to meet campers’ growing independence.
