Camp Director – Sarah Costa
Sarah is a third grade teacher in Belmont, Massachusetts. She holds a Bachelors of Science dual degree in Elementary and Special Education from Boston University. She also has a Masters of Education in Educational Technology as well as a Certificate of Advanced Professional Studies in the Teaching of Mathematics from Lesley University. Outside of teaching, Sarah enjoys baking, reading, and roller coasters. This will be her 8th summer at Lincoln Summer Camp.
Camp Director – Audrey Levin
Audrey is a first grade teacher in Lowell, Massachusetts. She holds a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education as well as bachelors of arts in history from Umass Amherst. She has been at camp for 11 years, and was the Arts and Crafts Specialist before becoming a program director. In her free time she enjoys dancing, watching Boston sports and doing arts and crafts.
Camp Director- Joe Colombo
Joe Colombo is a fifth grade teacher at Lincoln School. He holds a Bachelors of Science dual degree in Elementary and Special Education from Boston University. He also has a Masters of Education in Educational Technology as well as a Certificate of Advanced Professional Studies in the Teaching of Mathematics from Lesley University. Outside of teaching, Joe enjoys woodworking, ice hockey, and car karaoke. He has worked at summer camps for the past 16 years and this will be his 5th year at Lincoln Summer Camp.
Extended Day Director – Elissa DeNunzio
Elissa is a recent graduate of Middlebury College with a joint Psychology and Elementary Education double major. She is hoping to become an elementary school teacher in the Greater Boston area next year. At Middlebury, she was a member of the varsity diving team and loves any sort of pool activity! In her free time, Elissa enjoys yoga, reading, and baking. She is really excited to start her first summer at Lincoln Summer Camp!
Assistant Director for Middle School Programs – Vicky Vitale
Vicky works in Special Education in Belmont, Massachusetts. She holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Keene State College. This is her third year working with at Lincoln Summer Camp and she is excited to take on her new role as assistant director. In her free time, Vicky coaches high school basketball and softball, she enjoys going to the beach, traveling and adventuring outdoors.
Music and Drama Specialist- Erin Dotson
Erin is a 5th Grade teacher at Hanscom Middle School. She holds a masters degree in Elementary Education and Reading from Lesley University and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Lawrence University. This is her 4th year at Lincoln Summer Camp. She enjoys teaching, hiking, reading, playing board games, baseball, and singing loudly in the car.
STEM Specialist- Andrea Caprio
Andrea is a high school math teacher in Dracut, Massachusetts. She has a Masters of Education degree as well as a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. This will be her 3rd summer at Lincoln Summer Camp, as the STEM Specialist. In her free time, Andrea enjoys puzzles & board games, being outdoors, hiking, and playing sports.
Epic Adventures Specialist- Riley McCabe
Riley is a current fourth year at Occidental College in Los Angeles, California. He is on track for a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Diplomacy and World affairs. This will be his 13th summer at Lincoln Summer Camp, and 5th year as a staff member. Outside of school, Riley enjoys playing soccer, drawing, and going to the beach.
Arts and Crafts Specialist- Caroline James
Caroline is thrilled to start her third year at Lincoln Summer Camp, and is especially excited to be taking on Arts and Crafts! She has spent the year working at LEAP, Lincoln’s After School program, and she can’t wait to continue working with the kids of Lincoln over the summer. Caroline loves creating art of course, traveling, and being outside as much as possible.
Archery and Story Time Specialist -Talia Hollowell
Talia is a rising junior at University of Massachusetts Amherst and is pursuing a degree in Biology. This is her second summer working at Lincoln Summer Camp and she is thrilled to be back! Talia loves traveling, reading, and being in the outdoors!
Sports and Games Specialist – Colman Lydon
Colman is excited to be joining Lincoln Summer Camp this summer. Colman is currently a physical education teacher in Natick, and is the Boys B Basketball Coach and Tennis coach in Lincoln. Colman knows Lincoln well as he did his student teaching here last year! In his free time he enjoys wakeboarding, hockey, and Friday morning basketball.
Pioneers Head Counselor – Tia Rogers
Tia just finished my first year at UMass Amherst and will be returning to Lincoln Summer Camp for a second summer. Some of the kids at camp might recognize her from substitute teaching at Lincoln and Hanscom. She loves spending time outdoors, hiking, and swimming.
Pioneers Head Counselor – Alana Rose
Elana is a rising sophomore at Hobart and William Smith Colleges and pursuing a career in elementary education. In her free time Elana enjoys dancing, arts and crafts, reading and spending time outside. She is very excited to start her first summer at Lincoln Summer Camp!

Lucy is a rising sophomore University of Massachusetts Amherst. This will be her 3rd summer working at Lincoln Summer Camp. Lucy loves to go on long runs, hang out with friends, sing and travel. Her all time favorite place is the beach.
Ramblers Head Counselor – Sam Hoffman
Sam is a senior at Concord Academy and is very excited to start his first year working at Lincoln Summer Camp! Two summers ago, Sam did work at CA summer camp as a CIT and Counselor. Outside of school and work, Sam loves to draw, go on adventures, make music, play sports, and dance!

Crusaders Head Counselor – Reza Eshghi
Reza is a senior at Concord Academy. This is his second year working at Lincoln Summer Camp, but he previously worked at Concord Academy Summer Camp. He runs cross country and track competitively, and enjoys playing basketball for fun. During the school year, he is an active volunteer for VERGE, an inclusive track and field program for children with disabilities.
Crusaders Head Counselor – Luke Belge
Trailblazer and Trailbreaker Counselors
Evan is a rising senior at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School and enjoys filling his free time with a variety of creative fields. He enjoys writing songs/raps, performing magic tricks, and taking lots of videos/photos. Within school, Evan works as a peer mediator, public speaker, teacher’s assistant, and club leader of DEAR, which is an outreach program in order to raise awareness of mental health to the student body.
Josh Brener is a recent graduate of Lincoln Sudbury Regional High School. He will be attending Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in the Fall and will be pursuing a degree in Engineering. He enjoys being outdoors and can often be found on the soccer field or running. This will be his first summer working at Lincoln Summer Camp, and he is really excited to get started. He looks forward to a great summer!
