Financial Assistance

Financial assistance may be available based on yearly funding and grants for Lincoln residents, students in the Lincoln Public Schools and Hanscom AFB residents. To apply for financial assistance please register for camp under the Camp Registration – Financial Aid Section on our website. Camp Financial Aid application must be returned by March 13th to be considered for financial aid. 

Eligibility 

• Financial Assistance is available for Town of Lincoln residents ONLY. Town of Lincoln residents are identified as those living in Lincoln or at Hanscom Air Force Base, or students who attend Lincoln Public Schools.
• Financial assistance is determined without regard to race, sex, religion, cultural heritage, political beliefs, marital status or sexual preference of the applicant or participant.
• Assistance is based upon your yearly income along with the current Federal Poverty Guidelines.

Financial Assistance Process

If you are applying for Financial Assistance please follow the steps below:

Steps to Apply

1. Register for camp under the Camp Registration – Financial Aid Section on our website.
2. Fill out a Financial Aid Application
   – Applications are available here, or in hard copy at the Lincoln Parks & Recreation Office,         located at 6 Ballfield Road, Hartwell Building, room104.
   – Applications are only valid if:
              – Filled out completely
              – Proof of Residency is attached (i.e. copy of driver’s license, utility bill) or proof                              of child’s enrollment in Lincoln Public Schools.
              – Supporting documentation of other financial program enrollment attached
                (See page 2 of Financial Assistance Application).
   Submit your Application in one of three ways
   
   1. Drop off at the Parks & Rec Office: 6 Ballfield Rd, Hartwell Building, Room 104, Lincoln, MA
   2. Mail to Lincoln Parks & Recreation Dept. 16 Lincoln Rd, Lincoln, MA 01773
   3. Email to Parks & Recreation Office Manager, Laurie Dumont at Ldumont@lincnet.org
